Virginia Elite Florida

Virginia Elite Junior Elite Florida teams comprise of players in the 7th and 8th grade. The teams that comprise the Junior Elite division maintain a level of play that is closely aligned with the high school program.

Virginia Elite Junior Elite program participate in national tournaments throughout the county. Last year Virginia Elite was selected to participant on the Under Armour (UA) Future Northeast Circuit and now Virginia Elite Florida will do the same on the Southeast Coast Circuit. 

Virginia Elite Florida will be led by Coach Louis Graham, Head Coach of TLAP Academy, Port St. Lucia, Florida.

A native of Palm Beach Florida, Coach Graham had a very successful high school career at Palm Beach Lakes High School before transferring to Winchedon Prep School in Boston, Massachusetts where he played for well-respected high school coach, Michael P. Burns.

Before accepting an offer to play at Division-I, Georgia Southern University, Statesboro Georgia, Coach Graham as a freshmen Graham lead the nation in shot blocks and made the all freshmen team and broke a single season record with 50 block shots in one year. The only player in Georgia Southern history to receive such an award.

Coach Graham was drafted by the NBADL team Reno Bighorns in the NBADL draft.  Graham played one season with the Reno Bighorns and was traded to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers NBADL team.  After playing for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, Graham Signed his professional contract with Maccabi Rishon basketball club in Rishon LeZion, Israel. After his time at Maccabi Rishon, Graham played around the world including Poland, Bangkok, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Austria and Portugal. During his time abroad, he provided leadership and direction for his teams to consistently win at a high level. After retiring from playing professional basketball, Graham then served as the Associate Head Varsity Coach at Summit Christian High School in West Palm Beach, Florida under Coach Jr. Gamble. And is a huge advocate of player development and individual skill instruction. For the last seven years, he and Dr. Ola Starling has worked to build TLAP Sports Academy to the level of competing on a national platform. 

Coach Graham' has continued to serve as of Director of Operations, and Head Coach of TLAP Sports Academy national post grad school team. In TLAP X ESports Second season in Port St. Lucie, Graham was able to steer the Blackhawks to a 37-17 season record and an appearance in the semi-finals of the 'Grind Session Post Grad World Championship'. Even more impressive, all 12 student athletes in the class of 2019 signed National Letters of Intent with Division-1,2 & 3 programs.

Virginia Elite serves all parts of Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland and West Virginia. The premier AAU Grassroots Basketball program in Northern Virginia. Established in 2008 Virginia Elite has maintain a level of excellence that has resulted in many players playing at the highest level of high school and collegiate basketball.
