Virginia Elite represents the premier youth and high school basketball program in Northern Virginia and within the Washington, D.C. area.  

Virginia Elite is always seeking opportunities to collaborate with other teams or organizations to integrate under the Virginia Elite brand. Our location is based in Northern Virginia which includes Fairfax County, Prince William County, and Loudoun County. Please complete the questionnaire below.

  • JUNIOR TEAM LEVEL

Teams (1 or 2) interested in becoming an affiliate team of Virginia Elite is required to pay the initial joining fee of $250.00 per team (s). This fee is essential for the team to be affiliated with our organization.

Startup Fees must be paid in full before any order or activities are started by Virginia Elite.

  • JUNIOR ORGANIZATION LEVEL

Organizations (3 or More) interested in becoming an affiliate organization with Virginia Elite is required to pay the initial joining fee which will be determined upon application submission. This fee is essential for the joining party to be affiliated with our organization.

It is important to note that only affiliations will be granted the rights to use the trademark Virginia Elite logo and registered brand name. This is a crucial step in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our organization. We take our brand seriously and expect all teams to do the same. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the team's disqualification from membership.

EXPERIENCE THE PROGRAM

All Coaches, Teams and Players that represent Virginia Elite must follow all polices and rules outlined as being part of the basketball program. Virginia Elite will include team and player images and team videos on all digital platforms for marketing and promotion. 
    • COACHES AND PLAYER REGISTRATION

    Coaches and Players must adhere to Virginia Elite conduct guidelines while at practice and during games. 

    ** All coaches that are affillated with the team must register with Virginia Elite.

    ** All players that are members of the team must be registered by their parents.

    • TOURNAMENTS

    Teams can align with Virginia Elite tournament schedule but isn't a requirement. Middle School teams will be included in Under Armour (UA) Future program.

    • TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Practice Space
      • Insurance
      • Addition tournaments that are not designated by Virgnia Elite to particapate in. 


    BRAND IMAGE:

    It's very important that all teams follow Virginia Elite Branding standards for uniform design and appearance. 

    • UNIFORMS

    All uniforms and team apparel must follow the trademark brand colors and design.

    Uniform standardization is a major part of the Virginia Elite brand image. It’s imperative that uniforms are identified with Virginia Elite logo and brand look. Uniform color and design must be consistent with the program identification and brand standard.


    FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Although your team is an afflicate of Virginia Elite, the financial responsibilites to operate your team remains the team leaders responsibilities.
