Type of Development Sessions

Individual or Group sessions are aimed to improve all aspects of every basketball player’s game. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to collegiate bound players.

From improvement on defense to achieving perfect shooting form, our basketball trainer will give every basketball player the proper attention to help every athlete reach his or her goals.

Our Basketball skills training program includes:
- Shooting Form Development
- Ball Handling
- Perimeter Game
- Post Game
- Basketball Focused Strength and Speed Program

specialized training - Guard

Point and Scoring Guard are collectively referred to as a basketball team’s backcourt and are commonly the players that advance the ball into the side of the court on which their team is attempting to score. The shooting guard is typically responsible for scoring the most points between the two guards, while the point guard is expected to create plays by passing the ball to open players, such as the forwards and center. Usually, these responsibilities vary based upon the type of defense the opposing team uses and, on the strengths, and weaknesses of opposing players.

specialized training - front court

Small Forward, Power Forward and Center position are collectively designated as a basketball team’s frontcourt. Typically, these players play near the baseline, which is the out-of-bounds line under each basket.

On offense, these players constantly move from one side of the key to the other in an attempt to free themselves to take an open shot. When used in relation to these players, the term frontcourt usually refers to their offensive responsibilities, but also carries implications to the players they defend.

Private One-on-One

Private Sessions are available outside normal training programs. Privates sessions are scheduled separately and is more focused on player development and improvement in specific areas of need.

  • Duration 60 - 90 minutes (4 Session Required)
  • Participants: 2 or more

Session Description

Focused or One-on-One Training is dedicated to 5 or less player session. Focused sessions are for players who seek specialized attention to maximize their basketball development. These sessions are designed to replicate the pressure of game speed situations and assist in the execution of basic and advanced fundamentals under that pressure. We encourage our athletes to get out of their comfort zones and make mistakes as a part of the learning and developmental process. These sessions are the most intense workouts we offer.

Group or team Training

GROUP OR TEAM FEE MORE THAN 5 REGISTERED PLAYERS

Groups rarely focus on individual skill development, instead, their primary focus is on the offensive system being ran, but if you can't pass, can't pivot, and can't dribble, it doesn't matter what offense is run as even the best of those systems are ineffective without execution of proper fundamental skills. Our training sessions are geared toward developing individual skills within a team environment using that team's concepts and philosophies.
