MEETING PROGRAM STANDARDS

Players who are willing to work and expand their abilities, Virgnia Elite is the organization for you. We provide the tools and experience needed for player to reach their potential. Players with a high basketball IQ who know how to lead and train at a high level are a valuable asset to their team and coaches.

DEVELOPMENT
We focus on developing players throughout the experience of competition. With Virginia Elite, players will develop an appreciation for hard work and paying attention to the details of the game.

JUNIOR ELITE PROGRAM

Virginia Elite Junior Elite Basketball program provides aspiring athletes the opportunity to develop in an intense, competitive environment. Our programs include performance development with our partner Elite Wellness Performance and Recovery and through our Basketball Player Development Program that has resulted in many players advancing to their high school teams. Our program is constructed with the intent of transforming players to play intelligent basketball, train efficiently and with purpose, to be an extension of the coach on the court, and to lead on and off of the court in every aspect of life.

EXPERIENCED COACHES
The coaching staff has over 75 years of coaching and leadership experience. With the committed to developing players to achieve their goals the staff of high school and junior coaches collaborate to provide the highest level of development for our players.

Northern Virginia [Reston, Herndon, Ashburn, Sterling and Surrounding VA areas, Maryland and Washington, DC.

2023-24 Affiliate Team: Requires team registration with Virginia Elite Afflilate Program.

DIVISIONS (Under Armour Future)
Virginia Elite High School Team have two division: Under Amour and National Teams. Each will play on national exposure tournament circuits under the Virginia Elite brand. Both divisions will receive the same level of exposure to college coaches through the Virginia Elite network.

JUNIOR ELITE DIVISION

8th Grade [ 14 and under]
7th Grade [ 13 and under]

MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISION

6th Grade [ 12 and under]
5th Grade [ 11 and under]

UA Future Program

The Boys Junior Elite division consist of 5th - 8th Grade takes on the same philosophy as the Boys UA Rise high school division. Our coaches provide instructions and targeted development of our players to complete at the national level. We strategically fuse basketball training, education with physical development with integrated programs aimed to increase the ability of all players who desire to continue their basketball careers.

The Boys Junior Elite division, coaches are focused on developing solid fundamentals that will transition to high school in the upcoming years. The junior elite program follows the same teaching and dedication which is the focus of excellence.

Virginia Elite Boys Junior Elite program was selected to participate in the UA Future Middle School Circuit, this is one of the premier circuits for 4th-8th Boys & Girls with professional events.

Virginia Elite Junior Elite Program is the Premier Middle School Grassroots Basketball Program and the only a pre-collegiate Grassroots basketball program serving the Northern Virginia area.

National Exposure

The collection of exposure events that ALL Virginia Elite teams participate in annually. These events provide a platform of high-level competition which over the years Virginia Elite has excelled and will continue to play in to provide our players that competition required for the program. By participating in these national event Virginia Elite provide a provides a platform that exposes our players to the type of competition that will challenge their skill and determination to succeed.
