NATIONAL GRASSROOTS BASKETBALL PROGRAM

Virginia Elite Under Armour (UA) Next is one the top grassroots/AAU circuit basketball programs in the Washington, DC area (Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland). Virginia Elite Under Armour (UA) next is a program dedicated to enriching and changing lives. Founded by Coach Thomas Gadson and based in Northern Virginia, the program plays in the Under Armour Association.

Virginia Elite prides its self on our team's extensive experience in coaching and leadership. With over 75 years of combined coaching and mentoring expertise, our staff is dedicated to helping our players reach their fullest potential and achieve the ultimate recognition in their sport. Our track record speaks for itself, as we have consistently sent over 85 players to play at the collegiate and professional levels. Our commitment to player development is unwavering, and we strive to create an environment that fosters growth and success. HIGH SCHOOL ELITE LEVELS

Virginia Elite 15U-17U boys teams play on the Under Armour Association and other national grassroots circuits, respectively. Based out of Northern Virginia (Reston, Herndon areas) to include Washington DC and Maryland. The program has produced over 80 collegiate players throughout the program existence and continues to provide a national platform that provides every player the opportunity to have exposure to showcase their talents. 

JUNIOR ELITE LEVELS

Virginia Elite 11U-14U boys teams play on the Under Armour (UA) Future Northeast (NE) Circuit and other national junior grassroots circuits, respectively. Our mission is development of young players to move into the high school level once that reach the 9th grade. Development is a key phase of our program to not only identify but work to ensure each players success.

EXPERIENCED COACHES Coach Gadson and the coaching staff has over 75 years of coaching and leadership experience. With the committed to developing players to achieve their goals the staff of high school and junior coaches collaborate to provide the highest level of development for our players.
