THE PROCESS

COMPLETE PROSPECT REGISTRATON

The Prospect Registration all prospective players must complete the PROSPECT registration form before attending any Open Gym or Tryout session. Prospective players who complete the registration will receive communications as to Virginia Elite Girls activities.

PROSPECT OPEN GYM

The Prospect Open Gym is for aspiring players to attend open gym / workouts sessions and work with our coaching staff to seek and opportunity to get to know the coaches and seek an opportunity to be selected during tryouts to make the team. 

PROSPECT TRYOUT

Prospect tryout sessions is a (3) three-day event that all players will participate in drills and simulated team scrimmages as coaches evaluate each players ability to play at the expected level for Virginia Elite teams.

TEAM SELECTION

Selecting players who will comprise our roster is a crucial aspect of our program's success. As such, we strongly encourage all interested players to attend prospect and tryout sessions.

The final day of tryouts will culminate in the announcement of the roster, as well as a discussion about expectations, tournament schedule, and operational requirements. We take this process seriously and strive to build a strong and competitive team that will make us proud.
