Program Grades: 5th grade through 12th Grade

Thomas Gadson, founder and creator of the highly successful AAU basketball program, Virginia Elite. Established in 2008, Coach Gadson saw a need in the Northern Virginia area for a program that would provide students with the opportunity to compete nationally in basketball.

Virgnia Elite is the primary locations for the Virgnia Elite program, with afflicate teams located throughout the nation.

With limited options available after for middle and high school player, Coach Gadson recognized the lack of meaningful local organizations in Fairfax and surrounding counties for boys to play elite level AAU basketball. In the past decade, Virginia Elite has helped hundreds of student-athletes develop their skills and compete in national elite level AAU-Grassroots competitions. Thanks to the dedication and  Virginia Eliteplayer development process and program, many players have gone on to play collegiate and professional basketball, making Virginia Elite a highly reputable and sought-after program in the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area.
