Our Basketball Player Development Program has a proven track record of producing players who have gone on to join their high school teams. The training and development programs are designed to not only improve players' basketball skills but also to cultivate their intelligence on the court, train them with purpose, and instill leadership qualities that extend beyond the game. COMMITMENT Coach Gadson will meet with each parents to clarify the commitment and expectations for players who are offered a roster position. This discussion will be beneficial in ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding the requirements and responsibilities that come with being part of Virginia Elite. There is a lot of effort to showcase and provide elite level national basketball exposure, so the overall commitment is paramount. |
